Cases
Each case is a real engagement with a dated baseline. We publish the re-measure whichever way it comes out, including the parts that have not worked yet.
Transistant publishes case studies as measurements rather than testimonials. Every engagement starts with a fixed set of checks and a dated baseline, recorded before any work begins. Once the fixes ship, the same checks run again and the difference is published check by check, whether it flatters us or not.
So a case here may report a fix that worked, a fix that has not taken effect yet, or a theory that turned out to be wrong. We guarantee the engineering, never the market outcome: we will tell you which checks we will turn green and by when, but nobody can promise what a search engine or an AI assistant will say next quarter.
A report you cannot use to prove us wrong is not a report. It is an advertisement.
Two AI assistants could describe this studio perfectly the moment a question used its name, and named it on none of the questions a customer would actually ask. Five weeks later that gap closed for one assistant and stayed shut for the others.
Read the case →One search engine had indexed every page. The other had barely been able to reach the site for months. The cause was a second web address left pointing at a page from before the current site went live. Our first theory about it was wrong.
Read the case →A First Look takes about twenty minutes, live on a call with the screen shared. No logins required, no report leaves the building, and there is no pitch deck.
