The shift

Your customers no longer search in one place.

The same buyer will Google a term, ask ChatGPT to compare the options it returns, then check that answer against Perplexity before they ever reach a website. In e-commerce a growing number of them hand the whole errand to an assistant and let it find, compare and buy on their behalf.

If you are invisible in those places, or the answer they get about you is misquoted, you lose them before they ever reach your site.

What we do

One visibility system. Four connected services.

Our method

What you get, in the order you get it.

Free
1

2

Opportunity Roadmap

A clear plan, ranked by what matters most and what's easiest to fix first.

3

Ready to Use Fixes

The content, code, and files you need, written and built so your team, or ours, can put them in place.

4

Check and Track

We confirm the changes went live and track your visibility over time, wherever that's possible.

Service01

Get found on Google and other search engines.

We improve the SEO foundations of your website so your business is easier to find in traditional search results.

What's included

See where you stand in search
Service02

Get found in AI answers.

We make your pages readable enough for AI search tools to quote you, and correct enough that what they quote is right. Two things go wrong today.

Invisible
You are not in the answer

A buyer asks about what you sell and the assistant names somebody else. Usually the page never gave a direct answer to the question it was written for, so there was nothing to quote.

Misquoted
You are in the answer, and it is wrong

The assistant names you but gets the facts wrong: the wrong price, the wrong market, a service you stopped offering. This is the more expensive of the two, because the buyer acts on it.

What's included

See how assistants describe you today
Service03

Content built for search, AI answers, and international markets.

We create and translate all your content for the markets you sell in, with the right terminology, search intent, and structure from the start.

What's included

Service04

When AI shops for your customer, does it choose you?

More and more buyers now ask an AI assistant to find, compare, and buy things for them. The question is whether that assistant can find you, get your details right, and finish the purchase, or whether it quietly sends the shopper to a competitor instead.

The lesson from ChatGPT's own checkout experiment

In late 2025 one major AI assistant launched buying directly through chat. Within six months it was scaled back, with only a handful of stores ever live. The published reason was product data: the prices and stock levels it read on merchants' own sites were wrong too often to transact on.

Wrong product data already costs merchants revenue today. That is the part you can fix.

Four questions that decide whether you exist in AI-driven commerce

Q1

Can the AI find you?

When a shopper asks about products like yours, do you show up in the answer, or does a competitor?

Q2

Can the AI understand you?

Does it get your price, options, and availability right for the shopper's own country, or does it guess?

Q3

Can the AI buy from you?

When the shopper is ready, can the assistant finish the order, or does it give up and send them elsewhere?

Q4

Do you control what it sees?

Almost no company manages how it's shown to an AI shopper yet. We help you start.

What typically goes wrong

Product details that don't match across different places. Prices that are hidden or hard to read. Unclear stock or availability. Confusing shipping rules for different countries. Specs that are locked away in PDFs or code an AI can't read.

About

Visibility starts with clarity.

If a buyer cannot tell what your company does, they cannot choose you. Neither can the assistant answering on their behalf.

That matters even more in a global economy shaped by new search habits, AI tools, and growing competition. Customers search on Google, ask AI assistants, compare answers, and expect clear, trustworthy information before they decide who to contact. At the same time, more companies are expanding into new markets, where language, search intent, and local expectations all influence whether they are found and chosen.

Today, Transistant works across four areas: search visibility, AI visibility, content and localization, and agentic commerce. Together they make your business easier to find and harder to describe wrongly, in every market you sell in.

These areas feed each other. Fix one channel and the others still leak, which is why we measure and repair them together.
